CS 410 Software Engineering

Course Description
The course deals with the current trends of software engineering principles
and techniques for methodical construction of large, complex software-intensive
systems. It follows software life cycle from the requirement, specification,
design, and testing phases. Topics include software process, project management,
quality assurance, configuration management, formal specification techniques,
and object-oriented methodologies. Students are involved in a team project
utilizing software engineering prinicples. (Description from WSU

Course Objectives

To expose students to all phases of the software life-cycle on both a practical
and a theorectical level.
