I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota. I got my Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science at Utah State University(USU) in May 2018. I began my study at USU in 2014. My M.S. degree in Control Science and Engineering was received from East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST) in 2010, in Shanghai, China. I received my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Information from Northeast Petroleum University(NEPU) in 2006. I worked at China UnionPay as a senior software engineer from July 2010 to June 2014.
Research interests
My research interests include Algorithms and Theory, Data Structures, Computational Geometry, Combinatorial Optimization, High Performance Computing, Wireless Sensor Network, Internet of Things (IoT), etc. I am also very interested in implementing my algorithms and applying them to some practical problems in fields such as 3D Design, Wireless Networks, Data Visualization, etc.
