My name is Kelli Pierskalla and I am a junior here at WSU majoring in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. In 2004, I went on a trip to Jamaica to volunteer at an orphanage that forever changed my outlook on life. Then this class came and instantly grabbed my attention and I knew it would be another experience that I would never forget. It gave me the opportunity to meet some wonderful people and I got to do something that I would otherwise not have had the opportunity to do. One of the greatest lessons I learned was that everyone has the ability to make a change that may seem small to us, but can mean to world to someone else.
