To adopt a drinking fountain:

1. Fill in form below and click the "send' button.
   This will cause your own email system to send an email to the project organizer. If your browser asks if you want to allow this, answer yes. If this does not work on your system or if you feel uncomfortable with this method, send the information directly in an email to Katie LaPlant: KALAPLAN@smumn.edu
   
   
2. If the fountain you requested is still available, you will receive a confirmation email with guidelines and further information.
   
   
3. You will then be asked to send back an "accept" email with before pictures of your fountain.
